NBA ジャムは、1993 年にミッドウェイによってアーケード ゲームとして初めてリリースされました。
NBA ジャムはミッドウェイにとって 3 番目のバスケットボール ゲームであり、1989 年のゲーム「Arch Rivals」の非公式続編でした。
このゲームは、写真のようにリアルなデジタル化されたグラフィックスを使用し、派手な表現と 2 対 2 のバスケットボールの誇張されたスタイルを備えており、これが人気に貢献しました。
NBA Jam was first released in 1993 by Midway as an arcade game.
NBA Jam was Midway's third basketball game and their unofficial sequel to the 1989 game "Arch Rivals".
The game used photorealistic digitized graphics with over-the-top presentation and an exaggerated style of two-on-two basketball which contributed to its popularity.

米国では、1993 年 4 月から 10 月まで最も好調なアーケード ゲームとなりました。

In Japan, a publication called Game Machine stated it was the 4th most successful arcade game in August 1993.
The NBA Jam arcade game has generated, to this day, over $ 2 billion in revenue.

Finally, the game will filled to the brim with special features ranging from secret characters like then-President Bill Clinton to activating a secret tank game within the game.

私は子供の頃にこのゲームを所有したこともプレイしたこともありませんでしたが、ゲームセンターや広告で見たことは覚えています。
子供の頃はバスケットボールに興味はありませんでしたが、試合は面白そうだし、アナウンサーのコメントが好きでした。

I never owned or played the game as a kid, but I remember seeing it in arcades and advertisements.
Even though I wasn't interested in basketball as a kid, I thought the game looked exciting and I liked the announcer's comments.
