Since today is April 1st, many of you are aware that it's April Fool's Day.
I wont play any pranks on you, but let's talk about this briefly.

アメリカの小学生の頃、お互いにいたずらをして遊んでいたのを覚えています。
いたずらは常に無害であり、ばかげていることを意図していました。
たとえば、「昼食にマクドナルドのチーズバーガーを 5 個食べた」などの単純な嘘から、どこかに隠れて誰かを怖がらせるために飛び出すなどの悪ふざけまで、さまざまです。

Does Japan have an April Fool's Day culture?
I remember as a kid in elementary school in America we would play pranks on each other for fun.
The pranks were always harmless and intended to be silly.
It could be anything from a simple lie, for example, "I ate 5 McDonald's cheeseburgers for lunch" to a practical joke, like hiding somewhere and jumping out to scare someone.
Of course, some people will work together and create very elaborate jokes.
Even companies will get in on the fun and create jokes around their products.

My friends and I tried so hard to get the character, but it was impossible.

Recently, I was trying to remember the name of an old movie.
I had never actually seen the movie, but I've watched a scene of it online.
The comedic absurdity reminds me of April Fool's, so I want to share it with you all today.
The movie is called Top Secret! from 1984.
It is widely considered to be a terrible movie as a whole, but contains very funny scenes.
Another interesting fact about this movie is that it's the debut film for the actor Val Kilmer.
