Most people are familiar with the 12 zodiac signs of western astrology.
But did you know, some people consider there to be 13 zodiac signs?

The dates of November 29/30 to December 18 are considered to be in the sign of Ophiuchus by some astrologers.
Although mainstream media doesn't acknowledge this sign, some people believe it to have a strong effect on our horoscope.

Some people believe it can be used for fortune telling.
Others believe it to be a tool for self-discovery.

I follow the belief of self-discovery.
I enjoy trying to understand myself on a deeper level and always strive to become better.

The name Ophiuchus comes from Latin, meaning "serpent bearer".
Snakes are often associated with doctors, and the sign represents healing.
へびつかい座は、ギリシャ神話のアスクレピオスと比較されることがあります。
彼は、ヘビにハーブを与えることで別のヘビを癒すのを見て、不死を発見しました。
その後、全人類が不死になるのを阻止するために、ゼウスはアスクレピオスを稲妻で殺しました。

Ophiuchus is sometimes compared to the Greek myth of Asclepius.
He discovered immortality by watching a snake heal another by giving it herbs.
Later, to stop all of humanity from becoming immortal, Zeus killed Asclepius with a lightning bolt.
Out of respect, Zeus gave him a place in the heavens, and thus we have Ophiuchus.
