私が子供の頃、お父さんは時々コミックを買うでしょう。

Many of you know that I am a Marvel Comics fan.
When I was a kid, my dad would buy me comics occasionally.
I started to collect them and enjoyed the various characters.
When he was a kid, he use to read comic books, too!
Unfortunately, his mother, my grandmother, threw all of his comic books in the trash.
They have since become collector items and some can sell for more for than $100,000!!

One of my favorites was the X-Men!
As a kid, the X-Men had an animated show on TV that I would watch every Saturday morning.
It was one of my favorite shows!
I even had all of the toys.

This, along with Spider-Man in 2002, helped superhero movies become the modern successes they are today.
However, today I want to talk about a different X-Men movie.
This one is from 2014 and is called X-Men: Days of Future Past.
It is the fifth installment in the X-Men movie series.

There is a scene in the movie that I want to highlight.
It features a character named Quicksilver.
He has a special ability which allows him to move and think at supersonic speeds.
Due to this, he perceives the entire world in slow motion.
