It always feel like the new year is full of endless possibilities.
This is our chance to start new and make changes.
実際、アメリカでは、これはまさに 1 月 1 日に行うことです。

Actually, in America, this is exactly what we do on January 1st.
Many people like to think about their life and make a goal for themselves.
This is called a New Year's resolution.

We look at our life and decide what we want to change.
Typically, a New Year's resolution will involve changing a bad habit or accomplishing a new goal.
A popular resolution is to exercise more and eat healthier.

As time marched forward, it slowly became what we know now as the New Year's resolution.
