It's finally August!
The sun is shining and the kids are home from school.
You know what that means?
It's summer vacation time!!!
Kids are lucky to have so much free time off.
Do you remember your summer vacations?
I think we could all use a nice long vacation.

Colleen Ann Fitzpatrick is an American singer and songwriter who debuted under the name Vitamin C in 1999.
Before this, she performed in an alternative rock band known as Eve's Plum.

The song is titled "Vacation" and was used as the opening opening theme to the short movie Pikachu's Vacation.
This was an animated short that played before the American release of the first Pokémon movie titled Pokémon: The First Movie.

However, to people of a certain generation (my generation), it's a nostalgic reminder of childhood and the start of the Pokémon phenomenon.
