I feel like fall is really here.
今日は特別なアニメを紹介したいと思います。
まさに秋のシーズンを思い起こさせるショーです。
オーバー ザ ガーデン ウォールと呼ばれています。
Today I want to share a special cartoon with you.
It is a show that really reminds me of the Fall season.
Its called Over the Garden Wall.
オーバー ザ ガーデン ウォールは伝統的な漫画シリーズではありません。
10話からなるミニシリーズです。
Over the Garden wall is not a traditional cartoon series.
It is actually a mini-series consisting of 10 episodes.
人気のアドベンチャー タイム シリーズを手がけたパトリック マクヘイルによって作成されました。
このコンセプトは、Tome of the Unknown というタイトルの彼の短編映画に基づいています。
It was created by Patrick McHale who also worked on the popular Adventure Time series.
The concept was based off of his short film titled Tome of the Unknown.
主人公のワートの声は、『ロード・オブ・ザ・リング』のフロド役で知られるイライジャ・ウッドが担当。
別のキャラクターであるウッズマンの声は、バック・トゥ・ザ・フューチャーのドクとしてよく知られているクリストファー・ロイドが演じています。
The main character, Wirt, is voiced by Elijah Wood, who is known for his role as Frodo in Lord of the Rings.
Another character, the Woodsman, is voiced by Christopher Lloyd, better known as Doc from Back to the Future.
不思議な森に迷い込んだ異母兄弟の物語。
年上で真面目なヴィルトと、のんきな弟のグレゴリー。
奇妙なキャラクターや危険なモンスターに遭遇しながら、2 人の兄弟は森を通り抜けようとします。
The story follows two half-brothers who find themselves in a mysterious forest.
Wirt who is older and more serious and Gregory, the younger and carefree brother.
The two brothers try to find their way through the woods while encountering strange characters and dangerous monsters.
このショーは、古いアメリカーナとノスタルジアのイメージを呼び起こします。
このため、寒い秋の季節をいつも思い出させてくれます。
The show evokes an image of old Americana and nostalgia.
Because of this, it has always reminded me of the the colder fall season.
このシリーズは、視聴者と批評家の間で大ヒットしました。
この番組は、エミー賞の優れたアニメーション番組を受賞しました。
高く評価されたショーのもう1つの側面は、その楽譜でした。
